60-90min face to face session to go over 3-4 workouts suited to your needs which will then be emailed in the form of an excel spreadsheet.

Cancellation Policy

See t and cs for cancellation policy. Pre paid classes and sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled. In the event of trainer unable to attend the session will be refunded.
