BUILDING STRONGER MUMS

I have the best job in Bendigo! All week I get to talk to women and mums about their health, fitness, motherhood and EVERYTHING in between. I am here to support you with your return to exercise post partum or during pregnancy. Let's connect, chat, meet or train together. I have a service that will suit any woman no matter their busy schedule. Let's stay strong together!

Join me in The Strongest Mum Pre and Post Natal Program where you will learn all about pelvic floor health, core function, increase or improve strength and cardio fitness, establish a training routine, learn how to train with minimal equipment and have access to loads of extra information regarding women's health plus referrals to local Women's Health Physio partners.

This is a one of a kind program designed specifically for women and mums to help them begin or progress their exercise journey in a safe and friendly environment. I always say the exercise is just a bonus! As we touch on so many other important things like women's health appointments, program education, referrals to other health professional, mental health, meal plans and so much more.

TSM PRE & POST NATAL PROGRAM IS DELIVERED IN 2 WAYS

Face to Face

Face to Face small group training - this is run during the Victorian School Terms each year.

To get a spot you must enroll during PRE ENROLMENT which occurs about 4 weeks before each new school term begins.

There is an option to participate in 1,2 or 3 sessions per week for the term.

Online

Join TSM Online to complete the program from wherever you are.

Have access to the program and workout videos on TSM Fit App.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

10 weeks of training sessions (you choose 1,2, or 3 sessions per week).

Online App with videos, workouts and more!

Community online group.

A combination of Strength based and HIIT Functional Cardio (Low Impact) based sessions each session.

A progressive training program from week 1 to 10 so you can build strength, fitness and confidence comfortably.

Pelvic Floor Safety front of mind with an experienced trainer dedicated to finding the right exercises FOR YOU.
